Be at least 16 years old
Be able to read, speak, write and understand English
Be in a physical and mental condition that would not interfere with safe sUAS operation and fulfill all testing requirements
Each FAA testing center will have a proctor and a few computer stations which you can take your electronic exam on. The proctor will take your fingerprints upon your arrival and on each time you leave the room. You will have two hours to complete the Part 107 exam and you will receive your score as soon as you complete the test. If you do not pass the FAA drone test, you will need to wait 14 days before you can register again. You will need to pay the $150 fee each time you take the exam.
